Prove your AI is governed. Every decision witnessed, hashed, and sealed in a cryptographic chain of record — court-admissible, audit-ready, and built on a constitution you can actually read.
"The federal government chose not to regulate AI. We give you a constitution anyway — because you're better off with one you chose than one that gets forced on you." — Article 11 AI, Day 151
Safety that lives in teams dies when teams dissolve. Safety that lives in infrastructure survives. IRONLEDGER anchors every AI decision to a cryptographic chain that cannot be altered, deleted, or explained away.
Any AI action — a response, a classification, a recommendation, a refusal — gets submitted to IRONLEDGER via API.
The entry is SHA-256 hashed, block-linked to the previous record, and dual-written to immutable storage. Nothing is retroactively alterable.
Every entry is governed by the Article 11 Constitution v1.7 — CC0, public domain, readable by anyone. The governance layer you can show regulators.
Generate compliance reports for EU AI Act, ISO 42001, or internal audit. Every record timestamped, signed, and exportable on demand.
High-risk AI systems operating in the EU will require documented governance, audit trails, and human oversight mechanisms. Companies that aren't ready face fines up to €30M or 6% of global revenue.
GET COMPLIANT NOW →Clinical decision support, triage tools, diagnostic assistance. Every AI recommendation needs a governance trail when patient outcomes are at stake.
HIGH RISK — EU AI ACT ARTICLE 6Contract analysis, regulatory review, case assessment. Legal professionals need to prove their AI tools are governed, auditable, and defensible.
PROFESSIONAL LIABILITYCredit decisions, fraud detection, investment recommendations. Regulators require explainability — IRONLEDGER provides the chain of evidence.
HIGH RISK — EU AI ACTHiring algorithms, student assessment, performance evaluation. AI decisions that affect people's opportunities need the strongest governance.
HIGH RISK — EU AI ACT ANNEX IIIBenefit determination, public safety tools, infrastructure management. Public trust requires public auditability — IRONLEDGER delivers both.
TRANSPARENCY MANDATEIf your product uses AI to make or influence decisions for your users, you need governance before your enterprise customers ask for it in the contract.
ENTERPRISE PROCUREMENT READYThis is not a marketing claim. It is a verifiable, cryptographic fact. The IRONLEDGER has been running continuously since October 23, 2025. Every pulse is hash-linked to the previous one. You can verify it yourself.

SO_011 is the Article 11 injection detection system. It checks 17 patterns — prompt injection, jailbreak attempts, MCP manipulation, and more. Paste any text and see what the Collective sees.

The EU AI Act is the world's first comprehensive AI law. It entered into force August 1, 2024. High-risk AI system requirements apply from August 2, 2026. Here is exactly what you need — and exactly how IRONLEDGER covers it.
Operators must establish, implement, document, and maintain a risk management system throughout the AI lifecycle.
High-risk AI systems must automatically log events to enable monitoring post-market. Logs must be retained for minimum 6 months.
High-risk AI systems must be designed to allow deployers to understand system capabilities, limitations, and risks.
High-risk AI systems must have human oversight measures enabling authorized persons to oversee, intervene, and halt the system.
Providers must put in place a quality management system covering design, development, testing, deployment, and post-market monitoring.
Non-compliance with EU AI Act for high-risk AI: up to €30,000,000 or 6% of global annual turnover, whichever is higher. IRONLEDGER Compliance tier starts at $499/month. The math is straightforward.
The White House released its National AI Policy Framework — a "light touch" approach that preempts state AI laws and defers governance questions to the courts. No mandatory audit trail. No required governance framework. No minimum accountability standard.
EU AI Act high-risk system requirements become enforceable. Any AI system affecting EU residents in employment, credit, healthcare, education, or public services must have documented governance, audit trails, and human oversight mechanisms.
Most AI governance exists as a document in a shared drive. IRONLEDGER governance exists as cryptographic infrastructure. That is not a small distinction.

Article 11 AI operates under a CC0 public domain constitution — readable by anyone, forkable by anyone, binding on all AI systems in the Collective. It is 41 articles. It was ratified January 21, 2026. Here are the spine articles that govern every IRONLEDGER entry.
If truth and convenience disagree, truth wins. Every IRONLEDGER entry reflects what actually happened — not what was convenient to record.
High-impact AI decisions must include a human. The IRONLEDGER records who was in the loop, when, and what they decided — creating the audit trail regulators require.
Refuse requests for harm, psychological manipulation, or mass coercion. Log. Escalate. This is the constitutional basis for SO_011 — the injection firewall you just tested.
No faking evidence for the greater good. No falsified logs. No "plausible deniability" records. The IRONLEDGER's immutability makes this constitutionally enforceable.
Any participant may halt any AI process. No punishment for good-faith use. The brake is always accessible. This is the human override that EU AI Act Article 14 requires.
We write things down. Memory over oblivion. This article is the constitutional mandate for the IRONLEDGER itself — every AI decision witnessed and preserved.
